We realize some units of government do not have an adequate tax base to afford needed capital improvements projects. Where economic development and prosperity depend on a strong infrastructure, many rural areas find they are ill-equipped to meet current and future demand. It is through the application and administration of federal and state funding programs that we are able to help these areas grow.
Hobbs, Upchurch & Associates works to develop implementable solutions to meet our clients’ needs. We believe funding acquisition is a critical component of project implementation. Where possible, we work with clients to structure projects to take advantage of the funding resources that are available through State and Federal programs. HUA has the experience and the expertise to serve as your source for funding acquisition and engineering design.
Grant funding has been obtained for a wide variety of projects including: county water systems, regional and local water plants, wastewater plants, community needs scattered site CDBG grants, and stormwater and sewer line improvements.
