Water System Project Experience Printable Page

The following table illustrates our experience with water system design projects. For each of the listed projects, Hobbs, Upchurch & Associates was responsible for the surveying, engineering design, permitting, acquisition of encroachment agreements, acquisition of easements, environmental documentation, permitting, and construction administration and inspection.

Many of the projects are components of multi-phase plans. It is our unique ability to complete a comprehensive evaluation of existing utility systems, to provide solutions combining innovation with cost-conscious engineering design, and to offer all necessary construction services to carry out those solutions that allows our firm to provide clients with superior consulting services for the life of a project. Over our 20-year history, we have focused on providing this complete project management approach for many municipalities, counties, and regional associations across the Carolinas.
