North Carolina offices are located in Southern Pines, Charlotte, and Nags Head. South Carolina offices are located in Myrtle Beach and Beaufort. In addition, the firm has done site development for many major golf courses and planned developments. Other services include funding and grants, information technology, Geographic Information Systems consulting, land surveying, and transportation planning and design. Since its incorporation in 1983, Hobbs, Upchurch & Associates, P.A. has experienced more than 20 years of progressive growth in both employee numbers and the varied areas of expertise available to our clientele. The firm currently has 120 employees. Our experienced staff and six offices within the Carolinas give us the ability to complete any task required in order to meet the needs of clients.
